Industrial Advisory Services is an independent consultancy company for the phosphate and fertilizer sector, from feasibility studies and early design review to production performance optimisation and HSE management system implementation. It also supports owners and engineering companies in designing and implementing digitalisation, including digital twin.
Founded in 2018 by Nabil Ramadane, an industry veteran with experience since 1989, the consultancy company serves both plant owners and engineering firms.

Nabil Ramadane founded the consultancy company in 2018, after twenty-eight years with OCP as production manager, project manager and group director. He qualified as a process engineer at the Mohammadia School of Engineering in Rabat in 1989, and spent eighteen years in operations before serving as performance control group director and HSE group director. Since 2018, he has been supporting engineering firms with their projects through IAS.
